1.Be responsible for building up relationship and operate MCN & KOLs in Spain market 2.Be responsible for the biz target of platform (incls. item sales, user acquistion and traffic acquistion), create strategies for MCN &direct KOLs, guarantee the result of the biz. 3. Create healthy&efficient Spain-AliExress KOL/MCN ecology via KOL/MCN layer management/routine campaign maintaining and stimulation plan. 4. Deep in market learning, aim at increasing the market volume of AliExpress among Spain MCN&KOLs(esp. KOLs with vertical ecom users)

Position Requirement

1. At least 3 years of operational experience among local KOLs with clear logic and thinking ability. Experince in YTB&tiktok MCN/KOLs is prefferd ,English as working language is required. 2. Rich channel (local MCN&KOL) resources & strong BD ability in acquiring exclusive coop terms. 3.Be familar with ecom ecology, Rich knowledge of KOL/MCN monetization models, Successful monetization cases with ecom are preferred. 4.Data driven and be able to figure oppurtunities via data learning and studying. 5.Good communication skills and be able to cowork with cross teams aiming at target reaching 6. Good learning ability,international vision,openminded, ready for heavy pressure from international crossteams cooperation and leading team for great result.
