Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated High School Math teacher to join our team at the Rafa Nadal International School (RNS) in the picturesque Mallorca island, Spain.

Role and Responsibilities:

The teacher's duties include but are not limited to:

Instruction:

Providing teaching to students in grades 6 to 12 as required
Assisting in various forms of the instructional process
Supporting schoolwide instructional initiatives
Designing strategies to meet student needs based on gathered data
Keeping abreast of American standards and instructional demands
Enhancing student learning through effective planning, preparation, and classroom management
Engaging in Personal Professional Development
Staying updated on education trends and possessing strong IT skills

Assessment:

Monitoring student progress
Maintaining updated grade records, tracking data, and preparing report cards
Assisting in schoolwide assessments when necessary

Other Duties:

Communicating effectively with school stakeholders about student performance and improvement plans
Active participation in school meetings
Supporting students and administration with Positive Behavior Int
