Our client is a worldwide famous logistic company, working with Alibaba Group. Currently we are looking for a partner management Manager to join our team, working place is Madrid.

Description
Regularly develop local last mile delivery in Spain Market to support network expansion
Communicate with the partners periodically to monitor the service level
Ensure accurate, smooth operation of the operational process with our local partners.
Control the quality of the service, monitor the different KPI and define strategies with partners to control the cost
Coordinate with operation team in the upstream nodes to ensure a smooth operation with the proper service level.
Requirement
At least 3 years working experience in logistics industry local third party sourcing and development capabilities
Commercial and negotiation capability
Interpersonal influence and stakeholder management capability
Initiative, selfmotivated and full of responsibility
Fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese mandarin
