Responsibilities of the role
- Manage a team of Payroll Service Managers, focusing on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
Main functions
- Led the team
- Recruitment of team members.
- Assign clients to team members.
- Prioritize tasks, organize work, and distribute workload.
- Set goals and ensure their achievement.
- Communicate company's strategies to the team.
- Identify training needs for team development.
- Regularly report on client service status. - Internal monitoring
- Supervise and control work, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with the team. - Service Quality & Customer Satisfaction
- Hold regular meetings with clients.
- Analyze client needs and create improvement plans.
- Manage and escalate issues.
Required Competencies
