    Descripción del Puesto:

    En Farmacias Trébol estamos buscando a un Especialista en E-commerce y Fidelización para incorporarse en nuestras Oficinas Centrales en Alcobendas, Madrid.

    Misión del Puesto:

    Como Especialista en e-commerce y fidelización reportarás directamente a la Directora de Marketing. Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en el desarrollo y ejecución de planes de marketing, gestión de plataformas de comercio electrónico, planificación y creación de contenido e impulso de ventas online, tanto en plataforma propia como en market places de terceros.

    Responsabilidades:

    1. Planificación y Ejecución de Estrategias de E-commerce: Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto asignado para desarrollar estrategias de E-commerce que aumenten las ventas y mejoren la experiencia del cliente.
    2. Optimización de la Experiencia del Usuario: Analizar y mejorar la navegabilidad, velocidad y usabilidad del sitio web de comercio electrónico para asegurar una excelente experiencia para los usuarios.
    3. Análisis de Mercado: Realizar investigación de mercado para comprender las percepciones del cliente y la posición de la marca en el mercado.

    Día a Día:

    Como Especialista en E-commerce y Fidelización, tus funciones incluirán:

    1. Gestión y Optimización de la Tienda Online: Garantizar la funcionalidad, accesibilidad y estética del sitio web de comercio electrónico, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos de TI y diseño.
    2. Enfoque Omnicanal: Desarrollar estrategias que atraigan y retengan a los clientes a través de canales físicos y en línea.
    3. Análisis de Comportamiento y Segmentación de Clientes: Utilizar análisis avanzados para entender las diferencias entre los clientes en línea y en tienda física, ajustando las estrategias según estos insights.
    4. Coordinación con Equipos Internos: Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos de producto, ventas y atención al cliente para garantizar una estrategia coherente y efectiva.
    5. Innovación y Tendencias: Mantente actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en e-commerce y tecnologías de fidelización para implementar soluciones innovadoras y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
    6. Desarrollo de Programa de Fidelización: Crear y ejecutar un plan de fidelización que integre ofertas y promociones específicas para clientes habituales de farmacia.

    Nuestros Requisitos:

    Buscamos a alguien con:

    • Grado en Marketing y Comunicación: O bien, equivalente con Máster en Dirección de Marketing Digital y E-commerce.
    • 5 años de Experiencia: En un puesto similar.

    Competencias Técnicas:

    • Herramientas de Análisis: Conocimiento de herramientas como Connectif, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller y Semrush.
    • CMS (PrestaShop, WordPress): Familiaridad con Content Management Systems.
    • Capacidad Analítica: Interpretación de datos y métricas para medir el rendimiento de campañas y sitios web.
    • Configuración de Objetivos: Capacidad para configurar objetivos y embudos de conversión para rastrear el comportamiento del usuario.
    • Herramientas de Edición de Imágenes: Experiencia en Adobe Photoshop o Canva.
    • HTML y CSS: Entendimiento básico de HTML y CSS para realizar cambios simples en el sitio web.
