- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including: market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires
- Improve current processes challenging the status-quo and develop innovative strategic approach to attracting top tech talent
- Utilizing WorkdayRecruit, CRM, dashboards, and other tools to monitor & illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
- Support the TA organisation with reporting design & implementation

- Support Adevinta employer brand through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
- Candidate obsession Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify future engagement opportunities for them
What you need - A minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting different tech (BE,FE, IOS & Android), Product, UX and data profiles in a fast paced environment
- History of collaborating successfully with senior managers and business leaders
- Experience working on a variety of P&T roles/levels
- Strong networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen
- Data oriented. You understand TA Analytics and you are able to identify main leverages for KPIs. You value backing up recruiting goals and projections with existing data (while never compromising the quality of the candidate experience)
- Fluent English is needed and knowledge of any of German or French is a plus
