We are looking for a key account delivery manager to be part of our team.

Our business unit works with a significant number of clients to deliver IT projects and services. These are large international companies that we service from the different locations where we operate. Our engagements are usually complex, involving distributed teams, remote delivery, different technology stacks, etc.

Therefore, the Key Account Delivery Management (KADM) function is crucial to ensure goals are achieved, guarantee customer satisfaction through delivery excellence, and develop business.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

  • Have full accountability over the relationship with the assigned client, ensuring a successful partnership, timely responding to their needs, and proactively looking for opportunities to add value, with the focus on customer satisfaction and business development.
  • Have hands on leadership of the delivery for the flagship engagements of the assigned account.
  • Manage the team of Delivery Managers, Project/Service Leads, and Technical Leads to to ensure quality delivery with a highly results oriented mindset.
  • Build strong bonds with they key client stakeholders, leveraging delivery success to strengthen the relationship and trust.
  • Work with the Client Partner to define an account strategy to increase our footprint, leveraging all resources provided by the company (technology and innovation teams, proprietary products and platforms, etc.), targeting highly profitable results and focusing on continuous improvement of efficiency.
  • Be accountable for the P&L of the delivery engagements under the KADM.
  • Collaborate/coordinate with sales, presales, technology and delivery functions for RFP responses, proposals, etc.
  • Develop business knowledge about the client and its industry.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with the Account and Delivery Management Communities of the company, both locally and at global level.

Reports and colleagues:


  • Matrix reporting line to the Delivery Director and the Client Partner (when applicable)

  • Delivery Managers
  • Delivery teams (technical staff)
  • Financial Controllers
  • Technology and Innovation teams
  • Talent Acquisition

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Delivery Manager or Account/Customer Success Manager for IT services companies.
  • Experience in running large and complex engagements (over 100 FTEs)
  • Experience managing Accounts or Delivery portfolio of minimum 7M Eur annual revenue
  • Experience working with international and distributed teams
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and other financial related processes
  • Strong organizational skills, result orientation and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Availability to travel (international trips mostly)

Nice to have:


  • Experience or background as IT professional (with actual delivery experience)
