Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing international innovation company in the aesthetic sector.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the success of high-complexity, transformational projects within the Consumer Business Unit.

They will lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of Ready to Market projects.

Your responsibilities and impact as Project Manager will be:

Lead the successful execution of Ready to Market projects, taking full accountability for their overall success and timely completion
Initiate projects by clearly defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria
Plan and develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Execute projects efficiently, ensuring that all project activities are carried out according to the established plan and processes
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report project status to relevant stakeholders and leadership
Maintain effective project management processes, documentation, and artifacts, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Medical, and Operation departments to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated inquiries and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders
Ensure project teams have the necessary resources and support to accomplish their tasks efficiently and effectively
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Project Management Certifications or Higher Education Studies in Project Management
8 or more years of experience working in project management
Proven knowledge and experience managing, organizing, and executing complex projects within an organization
Experience using Project Management Software
Computer literacy required: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.
