MSX IBERIA is growing As a result, we are currently looking for a
European CRC Manager to join our great team in
Valencia or Budapest.


The
main objective of our Manager is the management of the International Call Center Operations with some offices (around Europe), including personnel management, resource planning, and customer service quality oversight.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Carry out the creation, design, and management of the new project/training;
-
Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Call Center
base on Lean;

  • Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that
    encourages innovation and collaboration;
-
Management and monitoring of the Call Center
staff
performance;

  • Continuous evaluation and improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of customer service;

Analyzing and interpreting the P&L statement, and taking
corrective
actions when needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Extensive technical knowledge of
    Contact Center Applications and Architecture (IVR, ACD, CTI, etc.);
  • Other languages would be an advantage;

Essential bilingual level of English (C2 or similar);

  • Good level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • International Certification in Lean Six Sigma (would be an advantage).
