The role
We're proud to be well-positioned with our Cloud HCM portfolio.

In order to fuel our current and future growth within our Spanish Consulting Practice, we are currently planning to hire several HCM Consultants for consulting projects across different modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor.


Responsibilities
As Oracle HCM Consultant you must be able to advise clients on their HR transformation needs:

  • Gathering business requirements
  • Build consensus around business processes and design
  • Communication of Oracle HCM capabilities

What are we looking for
A passion for customer success will be key for this position, besides:

  • At least 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm; alternatively relevant experience working on the HR business side assisting larger HCM implementations
  • the seniority will determine the final job grade
  • Experience with at least 3 years of experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation would be a great advantage. Experience with Peoplesoft HCM, Workday, Successfactors, Cornerstone will be considered.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel up to 40% (While up to 40% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID19, nonessential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Fluency in Spanish & English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an advantage.

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
