About the role.
What your work will taste like:
Located in our site in Benicarló (Spain), as a Reliability Engineer you'll be our Subject Matter Expert in Reliability and train others for similar roles.
This job is 100% on-site, which will give you the opportunity to work together closely with our cross-functional team and drive the reliability mindset throughout the organization.
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop the maintenance plan and follow up / ensure the compliment.
- Elaborate work procedures and train our team using maintenance best practices.
- Evaluate equipment condition and develops datadriven reliability strategies to minimize or prevent reliability issues.
- Knowledge of root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to investigate and identify the root cause of the issue.
- Work with the maintenance/production team to define the proper corrective and preventive actions to address the root cause and improve equipment and process reliability.
- Understand equipment criticality and develop/improve maintenance strategies to prevent a failure event and ensure attainment of production objectives.
- Criticality analysis documented and defined criticality to manage assets, spare parts, test & inspection to ensure we maintain them in a way that achieve both business and regulatory objectives.
- Predictive techniques for fixed and rotating equipment and instrumentation such as: vibration analysis, lubrication, nondestructive testing, thermography, ultrasonics, etc.
- Rotating equipment techniques including alignment and balancing.
- Help us to optimize total business cost (production downtime, maintenance cost, mro inventory cost, etc.).
- Prepare an obsolescence plan to replace equipment's which have exceeded their use life by capex request.
Requirements.
How you'll spice up our results:
- You have expertise in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- We will rely on your at least 7 years of experience in maintenance and reliability, production processes, or manufacturing.
- You will bring strong knowledge of SAP Plant Management, RAGAGEPs, and equipment failure nodes.
- Fluent oral and written skills in English language.
- Strong people skills and experience in crossfunctional teams.
- Passionate about communication and driving change.
