The opportunity:

We are looking to find a fantastic Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team and impulse company growth by generating added value relationships with the most important restaurant chains in Spain


As a Strategic Accounts Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining a solid relationship between your designated strategic accounts (Restaurant chains) as well as negotiating and closing deals with new key restaurant chains.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor each key account's performance and prepare reports with key metrics
  • Continuously improving processes in order to provide the best account management and post sales service possible to your chains headquarters and franchisees.
  • Onboard new restaurant chains that add value to the JET platform (Generate leads, participate in meetings with relevant decision makers, negotiate to achieve profitable deals possible with key chains)
  • Maximize revenue in each restaurant while boosting the NPS and engagement
  • Ensure that all pending restaurants within a chain are on board and included on the Just Eat Takeaway platform.
  • Generate engagement and a strong relationship with your assigned chains: turn them into advocates of the JET brand (Frequent Personal Account management with relevant decision makers, Close new deals at a HQ level such as marketing agreements, cross selling )
  • Create and improve long term relationships with relevant chains of the industry
  • Work closely with other Key Accounts Managers globally to share best practices

Requirements:


  • 5 years of relevant sales experience with Key Accounts, preferably large and international chains
  • Demonstrated ability to build new relationships with large accounts and make them grow
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
  • Experience of working within a fastpaced, high growth environment
  • Native Spanish and high level of english, both written and spoken
  • Commercially savvy with competent negotiation & influence skills
  • Well organised able to prioritise and manage multiple workloads.
  • Ambitious, quick learner and hunger to succeed and to be part of a great team
  • Previous experience in delivery or hospitality sectors is a plus
  • Be a food lover
