Are you enthusiastic about Luxury and Sales? Our newly established Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is looking for a passionate leader to become a fundamental part of our growing team with ambitious goals.


Reporting directly to the Site Director, the
Senior Luxury Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing Sales and Customer Service's operations.


What you will be doing:


  • Leading operational team to ensure they achieve the operational, luxury sales service standards and goals.
  • Participating and be involved in the recruitment, develop, and grow of the operational team
  • Ensuring that the whole team has all support and necessary training to provide a luxurious experience for our customers.
  • Ensuring the smooth and coordination of the operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Providing each consultant with proper support to improve their skills in order to achieve operational excellence.
  • Defining KPI and SLA in both Quality and Performance with the site Director
  • Being part of the update and improving the existing procedures and policies and creating new ones to drive results.
  • Reporting on the activity and productivity.
  • Actively participating with the Site Director in the preparation of the department Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and achieving the objectives therein.
  • Deploying and organizing new business in accordance with strategy.

Qualifications:


Your experience and skills include:


  • 5+ years in a Senior Director or similar position in Sales & Customer Care industries
  • Fluency in English (C1) is required
  • Other language (French, Spanish) is a plus
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative
  • Ability to interact with all levels, able to direct department leaders to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Proven teambuilder with outstanding motivational skills and coaching ability
  • Acute problem solving abilities complimented by attention to detail, analytical and detail oriented
  • Strong ability to write compelling copy and to revise, edit and proofread documents
  • Take initiative to solve problems and make decisions independently and without direct supervision
  • Proven project management and organizational skills to ensure plans are managed on time and on budget.
  • Positive attitude and agility, a natural collaborator, fast and organized thinker, multitasker
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgement
  • Ability to serve as an Accor brand ambassador and truly showcase what it means to work at Accor
  • Must be currently legally entitled to work full time in Spain
