Job Description:


As the IT Governance Manager within the Corporate Information Technology (IT) team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective IT Global Governance.


Your responsibilities will encompass defining and implementing end-to-end ITBM and ITSM processes, harmonizing IT processes, driving change management, and promoting operational excellence.

Collaborate with IT Business Managers and Heads of IT Areas to influence continuous improvement and standards. Monitor KPIs to ensure process adherence and facilitate training sessions. Your expertise and leadership will drive IT process maturity and value creation.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Head of Governance & Processes, you will oversee the IT Governance function.
  • Support the effective IT Global Governance, defining and implementing endtoend ITBM and ITSM processes across the IT Organization and Business.
  • Manage change processes, including stakeholder management, communications, and documentation.
  • Ensure endtoend process harmonization across all IT processes.

Specific Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement ITBM endtoend processes and subprocesses.
  • Define and implement ITSM endtoend processes and subprocesses.
  • Develop IT Service Catalogues and Service Level Agreements.
  • Document ITBM and ITSM processes and keep them uptodate.
  • Plan and define process improvements to raise process maturity.
  • Collaborate with IT Business Managers and Heads of IT Areas to influence continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs related to IT Processes.
  • Draft training materials and conduct training sessions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree and/or master's with a relevant IT or Computer Science background.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Governance capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Governance, ITBM, and ITSM processes.
  • Experience in implementing ITIL, COBIT, and PMI Methodologies.

Required Skills:


  • A selfmotivated team player with resilience, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to provide quality results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow ITBM/ITSM.
  • Intermediate Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft TEAMS.
