Job Description Our client, a leading global Telecommunications Vendor, is recruiting a Delivery Operation Engineer to join their project in Europe

Responsibilities:
Handle internal operations based on corporate processes and platforms, such as creating supply chain orders, issuing procurement POs, maintaining project milestone information, and checking the validity of documents to ensure that the service quality and SLA are satisfactory with customer requirementRelease Material Requests, update internal platform (P-Link), collect and verify shipment informationLogistics management &; contract registration/changeRelease Purchase Requests, release service configuration and responsible for Purchase contract acceptancePrepare and upload to internal acceptance documentationUpdate Delivery Database (ISDP) by Daily, send delivery reports on daily workSupporting on Quality Audit and Quality Checking of telecom equipment installation according to Project Quality criteria, documents as per requestRegularly collect business data, analyze business change trends, identify business improvement points and output operation analysis reportsRoutinely monitor business at the project/organization level, track and report business exceptions, and track and drive issue closureCommunicate closely and in a professional manner with our other departmentsQualifications: Familiar in using Office package: Excel, Word, and PowerPointTime management, multi-task oriented, organizedAbility and willingness to work in a multicultural environmentGood study abilitySkilled in IT Excel macrosProactive person, able to think ahead and anticipate blocking pointsProject management experience, good commutation with team member and good cooperation with related stakeholderGood communication skills in Chinese and English
