1)
OPERATION EMPLOYEE JOB TITTLE AND Duties: USHER ASSISTANT
1.1 The Usher Assistant is engaged to manage and control access to the site only for audience with ticket access,

1.2 The Usher Assistant is engaged to manage and control the safety and the control flow of the guests during the show,

1.3 The Usher Assistant is engaged to manage and control the VIP back stage tour for the VIP guests,

1.4 The Usher Assistant will learn and understand the show conductor course of the show with the Artistic Show Director and Duty Manager support,


1.5 The Usher Assistant will learn all the STUNT show floor plan area and all safety issues to support the Duty Manager in case of an emergency evacuation.

1.6 The Usher Assistant will learn the show and safety SOG/SOP with the Stage Manager team support.


1.7 The Usher Assistant will be responsible to welcome and serve all guests on a daily base with the same level a quality he has been trained.


1.8 The Usher Assistant maybe required by the SEP company to participate in internal special events inside or outside the show area location.

1.9 The Usher Assistant report to the daily Duty Manager.


2)
USHER ASSISTANT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:2.1 Need to speak English, Spanish and if possible German or French,

2.2 Have experiences in welcoming and guest services,

2.3 Have good interpersonal skills,

2.4 know how to speak in public and manage crowds

USHER ASSISTANT ROLE AND RESPONSABILITES:
The Usher Assistant will be responsible to:3.1 pre set, check and clean the stage area, the bleacher area and all gates access before we open to the audience,

3.2 open the Plaza area under Duty Manager order and control audience access for people with ticket,

3.3 open the stage and bleacher area to the audience under Duty Manager order,

3.4 help and support audience to find their seat as fast as possible,

3.5 organize and manage the control flow and the safety during the show time,

3.6 manage any audience interaction (pre show - post show) with the STUNT show performers,

3.7 manage the overall audience clearance of the STUNT show overall floor area,

3.8 Manage to close all gate access to the site,

3.9 organize and manage the safety and guest flow audience during back stage VIP tour,


3.10 manage the cleanliness of their own costumes on a day-to-day basis and will be permitted to take them home.

3.11 participate on time to all meeting request and information session schedule by the SEP Management,

3.12 participate to all safety training, First Aid and Emergency rescue programs schedule by the SEP Management,

3.13 participate in all private ceremonies schedule by the SEP Management,

3.14 assist SEP Management to promote a safe and quality work environment for all employee,

Pay: 1,500.00€ per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Palma de Mallorca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
