JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Job Summary: The OTC Officer TPS will be responsible to ensure efficient and effective TPS payment processes. This includes overseeing the daytoday activities of paying TPS, providing guidance & support to internal & external stakeholders, ensuring operational stability, reporting and reconciling TPS disputes.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • implement existing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective payment & reconciliation processes.-
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including TPS', finance, commercial and other functions.-
  • Reconciliation of TPS accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies.-
  • Participate in preparing report on TPS performance to management.-
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Atlas and SAP knowledge is a Plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
