    Julius Clinical is looking for an experienced Market Strategy Manager (Inside Sales) in Europe

    As an Inside Sales/Market Strategy Manager , you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development team by identifying and seizing new market opportunities. You will proactively gather market intelligence, connect with potential clients, and align Julius Clinical's unique benefits with market needs. This position is ideal for someone with a university degree, minimum 1-3 years of experience, with strong networking skills and a passion for driving growth in the clinical research sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Organise and undertake prospection activities (through email, cold-calling, LinkedIn and other relevant channels);
    • Collect and analyze market data including using database search tools to identify potential leads and opportunities;
    • Support Business Development potential leads;
    • Support and arrange client meetings, ensuring both logistical and content preparation;
    • Maintain CRM tool and master lists up to date.

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree (biomedical science or related field is a plus);
    • Strong affinity with business development;
    • Knowledge of database search tools;
    • Currently working as Inside Sales or similar role;
    • Strong track record;
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, tenacious;
    • Strong initiative and creativity;
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
    • Ability to listen, identify client needs, and pivot accordingly;
    • Proficient in English;
    • Living in Europe.
