iVascular we are dedicated to the design, manufacture, production and marketing of medical devices for the treatment of cardiovascular and neurovascular diseases.

We are looking for a Product Manager.


The mission:

Responsible for the development and implementation, in the assigned area, of marketing strategies in order to meet the objectives set by the company.

Functions and responsibilities:_

  • Design the product packaging material: packaging, label, IFUs.
  • Develop and update market research and benchmarking for each product in coordination with the R&D team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Global MKT Plan for the products in the assigned area. Define global product positioning and messaging for each product.
  • Develop promotional materials in line with the positioning: catalogs, website, RRSS, product presentations.
  • Responsible for defining launch strategies and product action plan.
  • Propose and implement the product action plan: post marketing registration, international workshops, clinical cases, reprints of reference publications or publications of articles in specialized journals and magazines that support the communication strategy
  • Develop training plans and tools necessary to support own sales team and distributors.
  • Responsible for the budgets and investment programs in the Marketing area approved in the MKT Plan necessary to achieve the objectives set.
  • Analyze, research and project the evolution of competitors in the different markets, anticipating the needs for the adequate adaptation of the product to the characteristics of the market.
  • Provide field support.
  • Create a network of KoL to support the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the LCM (product life cycle).

Job profile:_

  • Desirable education at degree or bachelor/engineering level in the science branch (Biomedical, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, medicine, biology, pharmacy, engineering, chemistry or similar).
  • Additional training in marketing, sales and market analysis, Master in Business Administration (MBA) or Master in Marketing.
  • Languages: Spanish and English. Additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Arabic will add value.
  • Senior: From 5 years of experience in similar position and responsibilities.
