    Estamos buscando un/a Community Associate para nuestros centros en Málaga. Se requiere un perfil operativo enfocado al bienestar de la comunidad y a la experiencia de cliente.

    Responsabilidades

    • Gestión del día a día del centro y supervisión de todas las operaciones desde el front desk.
    • Liderar eventos y ser el nexo natural entre la comunidad y Monday.
    • Ventas de planes comerciales, incluyendo ventas de planes flexibles y fijos con comisiones por resultados.
    • Onboarding: bienvenida a nuevos trabajadores, presentación del centro y la comunidad y acompañamiento durante los primeros días.
    • Facturación: emisión y seguimiento de cobros, gestión del proceso de facturación mensual y resolución de incidencias.
    • Operativa: coordinación de proveedores, control diario del estado del centro y gestión de eventos internos y externos.

    Requisitos

    • Atención al detalle, rigor en el cumplimiento de procesos y excelencia en atención al cliente.
    • Dominio de Excel y PowerPoint a nivel usuario.
    • Gran atención al detalle y capacidad organizativa.
    • Potencial para ventas/orientación comercial, persona sociable y capacidad empática.
    • Capacidad de gestionar y liderar una comunidad.
    • Proactividad y autonomía.
    • Competencia completa en Inglés.

    Ofrecemos

    Contrato indefinido con interesantes condiciones compuestas por salario fijo de acuerdo con experiencia profesional. Formar parte de una compañía en pleno crecimiento y expansión. Horario central de lunes a viernes y disponibilidad algún sábado al mes según necesidades del centro. Trabajo en las mejores oficinas de Barcelona con gimnasio, cantina, terraza y mucho más.
