Tendering & Technical Engineering activities for Field Services CS&P segment in ESAM region

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Be the Single Point of Contact, for technical procedures and Pre-requisites for Installation & Commissioning of complex tendering and Maintenance contracts in the Zone related to the C&SP accounts
• Analyze the needs at Opex stage and propose technical solutions from DC Services perspective. Installed Based assessment, providing a Modernization plan at multi-business level clearly identifying areas of improvement.
• Manage the quotations on strategic bids to secure the costing and ensure that the submittal schedule is respected and in line with the selling governance.
• Co nsolidate Multi-Country offers and prepare commercial proposals. Perform Technical, Contractual & Risk Analysis.
• Review RFQ, define & Influence together with the Sales Manager the bidding strategy and priorities for the qualified opportunities portfolio. Coordinate tender team (Tender engineers, Tender managers, subcontractors, technical support specialists, planning, etc...)
• Continuously monitor the tendering performance KPIs and takes the adequate actions of improvement in order to contribute to segment growth.
• Guarantee the full application of the Services Selling Governance and the CPP4S until the project handover to the execution team.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Onsite Technical background on DC infrastructures Commissioning and Maintenance. Troubleshooting would be a plus.
• Tender Management, Offer and Application knowledge.
• Finance Literacy.
• Embrace challenges and dare to disrupt.
• Attention to Details and effective listening
• Willingness to learn and to accept challenges out of the comfort area.
• Time/deadline Management.
• Operational Risk Management.
• Process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills: Communicate Effectively, Ability to influence and convince.

Experience:

• 5+ years technical/Site experience in Data center Solutions in some of the following areas: Secure Power Systems, Cooling systems, Telecom systems, Automation solutions, Electrical (LV/MV) and Mechanical installations, Logistics, Civil/structural Works.
• 5+ years of experience with DC Infrastructure Projects within Services Tendering/Execution teams in Multinational companies and global teams.

Education

• Engineering Degree would be a plus.
• TMP/PMP would be a plus.
