You will join department/area HR CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

Design and implement talent management strategies (e.g. individual career paths or
learning journeys). Coordinate talent management strategies. Employer branding and
succession planning. Designing strategy on rewards and compensation. Consulting on HR related legal topics. Focus on more strategic, value generating tasks.
Act as a strategic partner to the business by creating talent management processes that fit to the organization's needs
Integrate business requirements into current and future skill profiles and cascade into
talent development measures and employee services

Analyze strategic workforce planning information and advise business leaders on the
range of resource planning options
Develop personnel planning strategies considering immediate and long-term staff
requirements in different departments
Offer the employees self-service tools to design career pathways individually and to help workforce understand their career development options in the organization aligned to the company's strategy
Gather and analyze talent related data to derive insights on the effectiveness of talent
management programs

What are you going to do?

Dedicated equal member of our project team with full responsibility for project tasks and deliverables
Support in preparing customer presentations, pitches and product development
Conduct analysis and prepare presentations for management
Engaged in preparing and followingup of team meetings, events and workshops
Conduct administrative tasks, e.g. scheduling and writing minutes of meetings

Previous work experience in engineering area related is a plus
Bachelor degree
Penultimate or Final Year Bachelor students only
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Need to know

Requirement for internship positions is the enrolment in a university.
Available to start in
Feb 2023for 912 months and interested in a
parttime internship
(we can have some flexibility)
