Purpose of Position:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to spearhead the establishment of a robust procurement function within our organization.

This role is pivotal in optimizing our costs and ensuring efficient procurement processes in close collaboration with the business and their needs.

Key Tasks:

Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's strategy and business model.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors to meet the company's needs.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, ensuring costeffectiveness and quality of products and services.
Design, implement, and optimize endtoend procurement processes for goods and services.
Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and transparency.
Implement cost reduction initiatives and monitor their effectiveness over time.
Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and mitigate procurementrelated risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Provide regular updates to senior management on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Skills & Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
57 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on IT procurement and digital business models
Proven experience in building and managing procurement functions in dynamic environments
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages might be considered a plus
Indepth knowledge of digital business models and IT procurement best practices
Proficient usage of MS Office
