Purpose of Position:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to spearhead the establishment of a robust procurement function within our organization.

This role is pivotal in optimizing our costs and ensuring efficient procurement processes in close collaboration with the business and their needs.


Key Tasks:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's strategy and business model.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors to meet the company's needs.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, ensuring costeffectiveness and quality of products and services.
  • Design, implement, and optimize endtoend procurement processes for goods and services.
  • Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives and monitor their effectiveness over time.
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and mitigate procurementrelated risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 57 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on IT procurement and digital business models
  • Proven experience in building and managing procurement functions in dynamic environments
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages might be considered a plus
  • Indepth knowledge of digital business models and IT procurement best practices
  • Proficient usage of MS Office
