Como miembro del departamento de Marketing & Commercial Planning de Eni Plenitude Iberia serás responsable de:
· Actualización de las herramientas de Ofertas para los diferentes canales comerciales de la compañía en el mercado español y portugués, así como de las diferentes marcas blancas.
· Tramitación de las ofertas solicitadas en España y Portugal (Ofertas de gas, electricidad y optimización de potencia). Estudios personalizados de alta presión y tensión, estudios multipunto, multicopia, concursos públicos y privados, etc.
· Comunicación directa con el departamento comercial de la empresa para resolver dudas, ofertas, facturas, consultas técnicas, etc.
· Soporte técnico a la facturación de clientes internos, gestión documental, atención al cliente, liquidaciones, etc.
· Resolución y aclaración de incidencias en la aplicación de precios en facturación (España y Portugal).
· Registro, tramitación y control de tarifas comerciales, así como de condiciones económicas.
Esta es tu oportunidad si tienes estas aptitudes y requisitos:
· Licenciatura en Empresariales, Ingeniería, Económicas o similar.
· Se valorarán conocimientos del sector.
· Nivel de inglés hablado y escrito.
· Amplios conocimientos de Excel avanzado.
· Programación en Visual Basic.
· Valorable conocimiento de SQL y Python.
· Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de visualización como PowerBi.
