Job Description:

We are looking for a System Engineer, with automotive skills.
Mechanical and/or Electric/Electronic skills are highly valuable.

You will be member of the Architecture team of the Applus IDIADA Group, working from Head Quarter's office (Santa Oliva, Tarragona).

Your

mission will mainly be to cooperate with the rest of the team to establish new methodologies related to System Engineering for an OEM, some activities are defined below:

Definition of vehicle breakdown structure.
Requirement definition from vehicle to component level.
Feature, function and system specification.
Test case generation.

Your main

responsibilities (split with the rest of the System Engineering team) will be to give support the following areas, guaranteeing de methodology and traceability:

Inputs from stakeholders.
Technical product definition (experts on the systems/functions).
Test and validation.
Component owners.
Manufacturing.
Quality.

Additional valued competences:

Requirements management.
Test case definition.
Passionate in Automotive
Knowledge of vehicle assembly

Qualifications:

Profile

Knowledge of Application lifecycle management tools (Siemens Polarion, IBM DOORS, Vector PREEvision...).
System engineering tools and processes are highly valuable (MBSE, Rhapsody, SysML, AUTOSAR...).
Good communication skills and confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels.
Recognizable empathy, with team spirit, and with high level of assertiveness.
Committed, goal driven, with successful result orientation and with strong service orientation.
Open to work in a very international company with multicultural team.
Knowledge of automotive sector as a must (commercial vehicles is highly valuable).
