We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation, and solving legal challenges to support our strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

• Draft, assess, analyse, negotiate and finalise contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all the markets we operate
• Assist in managing our company's compliance with privacy regulations
• Support all departments with legal review and advice
• Coordinate external legal counsels and manage all legal areas within the Company (Corporate, Labor, GDPR)
• Advise on risks and legal implications of business decisions
• Develop the legal strategy aligned with core business initiatives and improve internal legal processes and structure

What will make you succeed?

• +3 years experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
• Specialised in Corporate law with a general knowledge of different legal fields
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws and regulations
• We are an international company, so the ability to read and speak in English is needed
• Working knowledge of laws, regulations, financial compliance and best practices in the field
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
