We are recruiting for an international company a Swedish speaking Customer agentMissions:
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Be the first point of contact, update contact information, collect invoice, preonboarding, booking information and related requests
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.
Profile:
- Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support, call center or sales
- Comfortable working in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Exquisite customer care, courteous attitude
- Positive and motivated mindset
- Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
