Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshooting of complaints, rejected batches and any production issues and definition and implementation of an action plan
  • Effective communication with process engineer, production manager, production managers and operators and related departments
  • Management and compliance of KPI's related to production
  • Support the production manager in the preparation of new manufacturing instructions and/or revision of existing ones
  • By means of problem solving techniques (FMEA, Ishikawa,...) and use of statistical techniques, plan and perform the necessary tests for process improvement and optimization
  • Training, assessment and awareness of the production operating personnel in the operational aspects and related to Quality, Safety and Environment of their field of action
  • Carry out their activities in accordance with the Health, Safety and Environment guidelines and other standards adopted by the group, in particular with the obligations set out in article 29 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Freudenberg Group's Code of Conduct

Qualifications:


  • Chemical and mechanical engineer, with experience in chemical processes or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position desirable
  • Statistical tools knowledge
  • Computer skills user level
  • PCS7 automation
  • Green or black belt Lean Sigma
  • Training in prevention of risks associated with chemical activities
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement tools
  • Advanced Spanish language skills and intermediate English level skills
