  • 6-8 years of experience with strong background in renewable energies development as well as good networking.
  • Leadership, proactive, negotiation skills, team and hard worker who thrives on a challenge and goal orientated.
  • Spanish and English fluent, ideal French.

Activités

  • Business Development Manager responsibilities are the following:
  • Origination of renewable energy projects portfolio (mainly Solar PV and Wind)
  • Contribution to M&A activity in the Spanish hub
  • Coordinates and be responsible of work-streams (e.g., Technical, legal, financial Due Diligences, etc.)
  • Coordinates negotiations and deals structuring with potential developers and partners
  • Coordinates and carries out tenders and auctions
  • Ensures economic viability of each Project
  • Keeps himself/herself fully informed on key market developments and industry news/events/regulatory frameworks to quickly identify
business opportunities

  • Be proactive to identify differentiating project optimization (hybridization and innovative technology use), to ensure both competitivity
and long-term acceptance
