The HRBP for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for provide support and guidance for a wide range of HR activities working closely with Managers and Employees to drive HR initiatives within a fast paced, matrix organization.

This position is part of the HR Department located in Barcelona and will hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.


You will be a part of the HR Team and report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources responsible for Iberia (Spain and Portugal).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure legal compliance of HR country & internally regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
  • Coach and support managers in managing performance, talent management, and development processes, including training and presentations.
  • Participating and leading adhoc projects: DE+I, Talent, and Performance Management, C&B (local and international environment).
  • Work closely with internal Talent Acquisition partners to manage end to end recruitment process from creating requisitions, conducting interviews, determining a compelling compensation package and all related documentation including offer letters, to drive time to fill metrics.
  • Manage external payroll and assist HR internal/external audits.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • HR qualification or business degree would be an advantage.
  • Excellent MS office and experience with an HRIS (Workday)
  • Spanish and fluent in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proactive, data-driven, takes initiative, able to multitask and prioritise without close supervision.
  • Previous experience in a commercial, international environment
  • Previous experience in a fastpaced HR department
