What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications
• Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system, ensuring brand guidelines and design patterns are followed across all digital platforms
• Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality
• Communicate your design strategy by creating meaningful UX deliverables such as sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations that help the team — and the client — understand what to build and why
• Own overall endtoend user experience — from the big picture (overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout or thirdparty integrations.
• Understand how to implement frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create seamless and engaging user interfaces and solve specific UI challenges
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to create proofofconcept demos of interactions and experiences you want to accomplish through the UI
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX/UI team members, sharing insights and fostering professional growth

Who You Are:

• Experienced with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement usercentric design solutions
• Knowledge of responsive and mobilefirst design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes
• Proficiency in designing and building UI components using HTML5, CSS3 or SASS.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Exceptional problemsolving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality work in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Demonstrated ability to stay uptodate with the latest web development trends and technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1:1 and group meetings, both internal and client facing
