Business Strategy and its responsibilities

As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to grow in challenging and innovating projects with colleagues from cross-functional backgrounds, develop new skills and progress in your international professional career

As an example, a Strategy Consultant could be working on one or several of the following:

Driving marketing performance
- Track marketing performance
- Define and frame initiatives to continuously improve our marketing: lead the process, define an implementation plan and track results
- Innovate in our marketing acquisition funnel
- Support the launch of new products
Transforming marketing operations
Pushing for data driven and educated decision making
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decisions
- Communicate and educate to provide stakeholders resources to make informed decisions

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

The role will be a great fit for someone who has:

1/2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a company's strategy area
Strong analytical skills (background in leading consulting firms)
Efficient problem-solving skills
Impact-oriented with a focus on sales boost
Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting
Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture
Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English

Location

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with occasional global travel expected.
