Your Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for the CapEx coordination within the compressors product segment
Responsible for the review of investment projects based on internal guidelines, project plans and CapEx budget plan
Responsible for the coordination between R&D (product engineering), customer projects (product management) and engineering projects (manufacturing engineering)
Responsible for the target supervision of engineering projects (invest, documentation & timing)
Responsible for the communication of the project status with rated project reports for the global engineering management & product management
Responsible for the capacity coordination within the compressors product segment incl. tracking of technical features of the production lines
Coordinate the implementation of standard work procedures and document management systems
Coordinate the flow of information within manufacturing engineering in regards to customer, engineering and/or R&D projects
Support the project managers in tracking engineering project milestones
Support projectrelated problemsolving activities incl. possible escalation

Your Skills & Strengths

Min. 3 years of professional experience
Successful completed technical, economic or comparable studies (e.g. Business Engineering)
Experienced in automotive or engineering environment
Well established knowhow in project management
Established financial knowhow
Wellstructured way of working
Problemsolving & internal customeroriented behaviour
Strong teamplayer with high social competence
Very good English in spoken and written
Willing to travel intercontinental
