RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Kroll Cyber Risk marketing team is looking for an Analyst Relations (AR) and Content Strategy Manager to augment our global AR and content plans, helping increase awareness and positive dispositions of our solutions with influential journalists, industry analysts and thought leaders.

The Manager will need the flexibility and expertise to align business needs, product roadmap, and thought leadership with the AR program, engaging agencies worldwide, monitoring news and research trends, analyst research calendars, developing impactful narratives and training new spokespeople.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Refine and expand global AR strategy for Kroll Cyber Risk, leveraging ARChitect to identify key analysts and monitor impactful research
  • Design, execute, and develop the industry analyst and influencer program for Kroll's Cyber Risk business
  • Establish processes for ongoing communication and education of journalists, industry analysts and influencers, including indepth technologyrelated conversations
  • Own the analyst engagement calendar; plan and manage activities with the assistance of our AR agency, including participation in analyst research, briefings, inquiries, customer references, conferences, and advisory days
  • Create different kinds of content and communication materials, including responses to analyst questionnaires, briefing documents, technical/architectural presentations, messaging, competitive positioning, product data sheets, press releases, thought leadership articles, and leadership profiles
  • Identify and help train spokespeople based on key topic areas and regions
  • Expand peer review program to generate steady stream of client reviews for Kroll's Cyber Risk practice
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, R&D and other crossfunctional teams to package internal developments into media narratives that maximize program impact and strengthen content roadmap
  • Develop and manage KPI and reporting framework to ensure content roadmap and AR programs delivers consistent results and business is kept up to date
  • Capture and communicate analysts' perceptions, competitive insights and industry trends related to our practice, services, and products, to help shape overall marketing strategy and product roadmap

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • 6+ years of AR, communications, and/or product marketing experience, preferably in cyber security or data privacy
  • Strong capability to create compelling narratives and presentations when preparing briefings and research answers
  • Proven record of developing positive relationships with journalists, analysts and influencers
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Experience working directly with executives, product management and product marketing functions
  • Proven experience carrying out content marketing, AR and influencer programs in enterprise scale, managing several projects at once and tracking marketing KPIs to business outcomes
  • Experience partnering with senior management to align AR to revenue goals
