- Support new/existing customers by processing quotations, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and managing open orders.
- Closely collaborate with sales, application engineers, and the engineering department to ensure seamless communication.
- Process sales documents, dispatch order confirmations, invoices, and drawings as needed.
- Manage complaints through CRM and support sales promotion activities.
- Digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria.
- Excellent German language skills.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Completed commercial or technical education.
- Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Structured work style, ambition, and optimism.
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills, negotiation skills, and high resilience.
- $26K - $31K yearly gross base salary.
