What are we proposing?
We are looking for a qualified Senior Team Coordinator to manage our Sales team and provide effective guidance.

Acting as a mentor on the sales ground, you are responsible for supervising, managing and guiding our Sales Team Leads in helping to obtain everyday sales objectives.

With a great perspective on all our operations, managing the different countries we are operating in, providing a 24/7 service, your role consists in engaging the team into a 5 stars service, accomplishing sales targets and surpassing customers 'expectations.


What will you do?

  • Direct management of a team of Sales Coordinators.
  • Indirect management of a team of multilingual Sales Agents handling inbound telephone sales queries from prospects across multiple EU, NAM and LATAM markets.
  • Hit and exceed productivity, adherence and quality KPIs.
  • Provide support and guidance to Coordinators and serve as the primary escalation point.
  • Act as point of contact in Sales for processes, procedures, and/or product improvements.
  • Support the rollout of new processes and procedures in a dynamic and everchanging environment.
  • Work crossfunctionally with training, quality, product, IT, operations, and finance.
  • Conduct transaction monitoring to assess the quality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • An outstanding supervisory experience of +2y with multicultural teams in a sales environment
  • A strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • The ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
  • A positive and proactive working approach.
  • High flexibility and schedule adaptation.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish will be a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contact center experience in the Travel industry (2 years).
  • Telesales experience in the travel agency, airline, hotel, car rental, and/or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in performance management and exceeding business results
  • Prior experience in utilization of CRM such as Salesforce
