Role Purpose


The HR Consultant will deliver generalist HR support to the HR team, line management and employees in all aspects of recruitment, reward, retention, development, employee Engagement, projects and ad hoc requests.

The job holder will coordinate and track HR activities across all business units and functional departments assigned.

In charge of the local recruitment process within LLP in scope in line with the HR strategy.

A part of the job is the support of the implementation of the overall HR strategy within assigned scope as well as the development and delivery of basic training sessions.

Continuous improvement regarding HR processes and to develop new HR tools and implement them in the business units.

Coordination of HR activity across business units, dealing with a range of different stakeholders

Working within a matrix environment with a range of managers and functions


The key responsibilities for you as HR Recruiter include:
To provide HR support to the business units in LLP

To provide support in implementing EOS actions and communicating them

Co-ordinating with the country HR teams re. day-to-day HR actions to support the implementation of the HR strategy and tools

Working closely with HR Manager

Working within a matrix environment with a range of management and employees in the business units and functional stakeholders in the countries

Work with the HR teams re. the coordination of HR activity in the business units across European countries

Deliver the recruitment process within country and coordinate the recruitment process in the countries in scope

Support yearend processes over LLP Europe

To support HR Manager and line management, training, development, resourcing, administrative tasks

To manage or coordinate specific projects and tasks (assessment centre for trainees, HR processes and forms etc.)

Update and improve the absenteeism database, create reports and provide regular reports.

Update and constantly improve HR processes and tools


Requirements for the job

Mandatory requirements:

Degree level or vocational educational training

Ideally professional experience in HR

Ideally HR qualification

Microsoft Office

Ideally experience of working in a pan-European role

Excellent ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment

Communication skills / interpersonal understanding

Flexible approach to difficult/challenging situations

Team & relationship building abilities

Recruitment skills

Work on own initiative and able to escalate/manage upwards as appropriate

Fluent (C1) English Level
