Integrated within the overall Sub-Market Category Team and in parallel, aligned to the Marketing team, you will be responsible to manage and prospect on new and existing data which will then generate new business opportunities.

You will be responsible to prospect new target accounts in the assigned markets, including competitor brands. The ultimate goal is to be part of the engine to drive forward our business.


Responsibilities:


  • Qualification of DATA via Outbound Calling activity: Predefined Criteria to Profile list of Prospects
  • Enrich Sales Lead Pipeline
  • Qualification of Inbound Leads LV/MV: Qualification of Leads coming from All Inbound Sources such as TelePhone, Form Submissions and Live Chat. Pass Leads to EUAMs
  • Admin Support Lead Assign Tool for LV Latex: Assigning leads and reflecting up to date results in CRM.
  • Admin Support Funnel Management: Collaboration with EUAMs and PBMs to ensure MV and LV Opportunities Statuses Actualized in database
  • IB Accounts: Maintain database with detailed information by creating assets.
  • Ad Hoc Other Tasks: Within scope of responsibilities requested from the team at local level.
We offer

  • Basic: euros
  • Variable: 4.000 euros
  • Additional Incentives Non Contractual: Up to 3.200 euros
  • Fulltime schedule of 39 hours weekly (1 hour less on Friday)
Monday - Friday 09:00 to 18:00

  • Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)

Requirements:


  • Polish Mother Tongue or (fluent speaker) with eloquent business articulacy both spoken and written
  • Fluent in Slovak Language for formal written and spoken business communication
  • Fluent in English (not mandatory). Able to manage business dialogue and express correctly via written communication for the same
  • Fluent in Romanian (not mandatory). Able to manage business dialogue and express correctly via written communication for the same
  • Advanced user knowledge Windows environment (good excel knowledge is a must)Knowledge of CRM management
  • Good organizational capacity
  • Availability to Travel and Attend Face to Face Events eg, Trade Shows
  • Ability to work in a fastpace environment
