- Collaborate with product engineering to ensure smooth integration of CAD models and cutting-edge tools
- Establish standard methods for programming, tool management, and machine maintenance
- Stay updated on advancements in machine and tooling technology
- Contribute to project management and machine operation
- Lead strategic vision for propulsion manufacturing
- Define a manufacturing strategy supporting design-manufacturing iterations
- Partner with Production and Operations for timely delivery of high-quality engines
- Integrate departments to achieve production targets
- Lead manufacturing planning and execution
- Implement process improvement plans
- Create work centers considering production targets
- Develop new manufacturing capabilities in-house
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 3+ years of CAD/CAM experience, hands-on CNC experience, fluency in Spanish, strong communication skills, reengineering abilities
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary engineers
- Successful product introduction in aerospace manufacturing
- High-volume production experience
- Organized with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES, and QMS systems
