Conduct comprehensive research to identify and engage toptier executive talent for our clients' strategic leadership positions.
Collaborate with our seasoned consultants to understand client requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
Identify target companies and individuals using various resources including networking, references, recommendations, inhouse databases and Internet resources.

The Successful Applicant:

Previous experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment, preferably in the executive search industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
