    We are seeking an exceptional Retail Leader to join our team in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the store together with the Store Manager, driving sales growth, achieving brand standards in customer service and product presentation, as well as developing high-quality team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To lead the store and work collaboratively with the Store Manager to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards

    • To work closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve shared goals

    Prior experience working within leadership roles preferably within retail operations
