Brooklyn Fitboxing International is the leading chain of Fitboxing centers in Spain.

Since its creation in 2013, Brooklyn Fitboxing has grown to its current more than 150 centers in 10 countries and continues its expansion towards new markets.


Our HIIT method combines fitness, boxing, kickboxing, music, and gamification to get you in shape in a fun and highly effective manner.

A unique training that has gotten thousands around the world hooked.

Our punching bags are equipped with sensors that measure the performance of each of our Fitboxers during their training sessions.

With this, we can tell them at the end of each session how they performed and what place they are at in the global or club rankings.


We are humans, interacting with humans, we want nice, fun, sporty people to help us build up our team to deliver the best experience.

Tasks


About the challenge:
As a Brooklyn's Fitboxer Representative, your daily responsibilities will focus on 2 main areas, Sales & Service:

Sales:

We do not run cold calling campaigns, we help our future Fitboxers with their enrollment process when they request our advice.

So, the fun sales part of it.


Tasks:

  • Pitch the BFI method and the way of living over Phone, Email, or Chat.
  • Guide them in the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with doubts when needed.
  • Advise if Brooklyn Fitboxing is the right training experience for them.

Service:

We do care about our Fitboxers, when they come to our gyms, we want them to have a nice, easy, and fun training experience, it is our DUTY to make that happen whatever it takes.


Tasks:

  • Providing Customer Service support via Phone, Email, or Chat.
  • Bring solutions at the very first contact anytime it is possible.
  • Escalate fast when needed.
  • Deliver a WOW experience every time.


Brooklyn Fitboxing is growing, and it is growing fast, we need people with some background experience in Sales & Service that could help us escalate and implement constant improvement and processes in the coming months, people used to QA, people who feel in their comfort zone when working with their teammates.

Requirements:


Musts:


  • Native Italian speakers
  • Fluent spanish
  • Based in Madrid
  • Willingness and Attitude
  • Techsavvy
  • Team worker
  • Ability to work under pressure (at peaks, don't freak out)
- "Nothing is impossible" mindset

  • Willing to work on weekends or holidays (under rotations, you'll always get your resting days)

Nice to haves:


  • Previous experience in Sales & Customer Service
  • Experience in the fitness sector.
  • Being a fitness freak
  • Innate taste for sales.
