    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Brand & Communications with extensive experience in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives in the US market. Proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies and keen market insights.

    The ideal candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensure brand communication resonates effectively with local audiences. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, creative thinking, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Global Marketing Director in executing the global strategic roadmap.
    • Oversee a team of marketers showcasing leadership skills.
    • Lead the communications strategy and 360 marketing plan for the US market.
    • Create consumer-first programs to activate the market.
    • Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all channels.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in brand and communication roles, with at least 3 years in beauty / CPG.
    • Native or fluent in American English.
    • Strong & current knowledge of US culture and trends.
    • Previous experience working in CPG in the US preferred.
