The HRIS TESTING Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively to design, program, troubleshoot, and coordinate the end-to-end project testing initiatives.

The HRIS Specialist will provide counsel and advice for configuration changes and setting up standard reports, coordinate with the IT team on integration set-up with Payroll and Benefits vendors, and advise on the job profile and compensation set-up and configurations.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for development and management of test plan as it relates to all workstreams
  • Responsible for making recommendations and getting project leadership approval for test strategy & testing success
  • Monitoring status of separate Workstreams and will be responsible for their own unit testing of configuration
  • Coordinating with vendors including
    Payroll (Alight) and Time to ensure testing timelines & completion statuses
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to execute testing
  • Ensuring all internal testing documentation requirements are met including HPQC tracking
  • Responsible for working with resources to get test scripts created where needed, coordinating load into HPQC, HPQC Training for users and setting up tests to be executed within HPQC
  • Monitoring test completion and providing status updates during UAT
  • Performing risk assessments to analyze threats within project scope

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of testing
    large scale HRIS systems for enterprise clients
  • MUST have
    SuccessFactors experience
  • Advanced computer skills required; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office365, specifically Excel
  • Project coordinating experience as it relates to oversight of various workstream tests
  • Fundamental understanding of HR functional areas, practices, reporting needs and data analysis

Experience using HPQC:


  • Ability to read and understand technology terminology and documentation
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, and have a proven ability to work with others
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with stakeholders and other business units
  • Experience providing HRIS administration support for divestitures and acquisitions is a PLUS

Pay: 65,384.50€ - 130,514.93€ per year
