- Follows up with credit applications to ensure the correct credit control.

- ADE, FPII administrative management or similar.
- Previous working experience as a customer administrative for at least 2 years.
- Understanding of how to work collaboratively with other teams like Customer Service or Logistics department.
- Microsoft Office, especially high level in Excel. Other tools of analysis will be appreciated.
- SAP experience would be appreciated.

The Financial Customer Administrative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing credit applications, supporting the billing process and assisting customers inquiries, and performing tasks related to our trade compliance procedure.
