WHO WE ARE?

We are an important global company in the chemical business (inks/graphic arts) with international presence, and we need to cover the position of R&D Technician to join the Research & Development department, in our Laboratory located in Mollet del Vallès, on a chemical plant of the group.

WHICH WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

To carry out research and development activities, according to the guidelines of the Technical Manager, to contribute to the creation of new inks that increase the competitiveness of the organization's products.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Prepare reports for clients and project documentation, according to the requests.
• Carry out tests, formulations and preapproval of new raw materials, for the optimization of production processes.
• Respond to requests for modifications/claims related to product design, to resolve manufacturing incidents.
• Carry out support tasks for the control laboratory, recovery of raw materials and study of countertypes, to achieve the goals of the department.
• Execute different kind of chemical analysis.
• Execute the formulation of new series and optimization of formulations at a technical and cost level.
• Manage the adaptation of the formulations to the productive system of the organization and collaborate in the optimization of production processes.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A CANDIDATE?

• University/CFGS degree in Chemistry.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with specific knowledge in the ink sector.
• Intermediate/high level of English.
• Valuable knowledge of SAP.
