SiliconHR is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Analyst, with previous experience (1-3 years) working in Web Analytics & Digital Marketing.

Key Action Areas:

Reporting and analysis of KPIs of IE's digital environments and sales funnel analysis.
Definition, integration and extraction of digital KPIs from different data sources Google Analytics, Hubspot and others.
Analysis of online and offline acquisition campaigns for the different stages of the Funnel.
Campaign tagging definition.
Implementation and testing of analytics and digital advertising tools.
Support the Automation team in implementation and analytics functions.
Relations with external digital analytics partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, or similar. A Master in Digital Marketing or Web Analytics is a plus.
Ability to work in a team in an agile and changing environment.
Proactivity to generate new insights and solve issues.
Analytical skills to understand data, formulate hypotheses and go deep into the necessary analysis to test them.
High level of English.
Experience in analysis and configuration of Google Universal Analytics. GA4 is a plus.
Advanced handling of Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of Javascript and HTML is a plus.
Experience using different reporting and data visualization tools (Datastudio, PowerBI, etc.), and predisposition to learn and/or explore new tools. Advanced Excel user.
Experience with BigQuery. SQL knowledge.
Hubspot knowledge is a plus.
Documentation of digital analytics processes.
