We are looking for proactive, dynamic and energetic people, with customer and commercial orientation for our
Contact Centre in Benidorm.


The main responsibilities are:

  • Customized attention, information and booking management for national and international customers.
  • Advice and sale skills regarding rentacar products.

Minimum requirements:

  • Advanced Level of English and Spanish (second language will be valued: Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian or French). A level test will be required.
  • Work experience in customer service.
  • Driving licence and own car (not compulsory but advisable).
  • University studies or Secondary School degrees in Customer Service or Tourism will be valued.
  • Highmedium level knowledge of Microsoft office and social networks.
