What exactly is it about?

Develop your skills at Sun & Moon as a receptionist and marketing intern, in our hostel you will have the mission to contribute to the success of the company through customer service and content management on different digital channels to ensure brand positioning.

Your responsibilities will be:

Check in and check out customers.
Attend to customer needs and report news.
Replying to users' messages via social networks
Use social media platforms to increase brand visibility, interact with followers, promote content and generate engagement.
Develop attractive graphic and visual designs for various platforms, such as social networks, websites, printed materials, product packaging, among others.
Creation of on/off line videos.
Organize the area's design inventory, making sure it is up to date.

You will have an excellent performance in this role if:

You demonstrate good attitude and proactivity with work and customer service.
If you possess skills in programs such as Canva or Capcut to create and edit visual content.
Have a creative mind and the ability to generate fresh and original ideas, as well as to transform concepts into attractive and effective visual designs.
Know how to manage the different processes that arise during the work day.
English and Spanish valued.
