We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the scalability of our company, on all our markets.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy to become the leading European software solution for boutique fitness studios.

Key responsibilities:
Plan and execute targeted campaigns B2B across paid channels to drive new customer acquisition (particularly Google Ads, Linkedin Ads)

Report on your actions and propose data informed optimizations Creating and executing marketing plan to generate organic leads by:
Defining the roadmap for maximising impact and visibility, and lead generation opportunities (scrapping, e-mailing and nurturing) Defining global targets per channels, Testing new channels and strategies, Manage our website to improve the user experience and optimise conversion on forms (email, landing page, website) Optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns Contribute to the overall branding of our solution and its value propositionMaster's degree in marketing or a related fieldYou have at least 2 years in a growth marketing, demand-generation or traffic management role in B2B SaaS sectorProven track record of project management, including the ability to define targets, milestones, and deadlines and follow up on delivery and impactYou are comfortable using marketing analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Hubspot, Salesforce)Strong ability to structure and scale processesHigh level of English is also required
